By ordering from the Lozzerly Designs Store (“Store”), you agree to the Terms Of Purchase as set out herein in conjunction with this Site’s Terms Of Use.
Acceptance Of Order
By placing an order online you make an offer to purchase in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Lozzerly Designs will acknowledge receipt of your order both online and via an email order confirmation but this does not constitute our acceptance of your offer to purchase. Your offer has been accepted only when we have confirmed that your order has been dispatched.
Description Of Products
Lozzerly Designs take all reasonable care to ensure that details of products shown within the store are accurate and up-to-date. However, from time to time there may be delays or errors, alterations may be made to products by suppliers, colours within photographs may be affected by the settings of the computer on which it is viewed, etc. Therefore, we make no warranties, whether express or implied, in relation to the accuracy of details, descriptions and photographs of products within the store.
Pricing Of Products
Lozzerly Designs take all reasonable care to ensure that prices within the store are accurate. However, from time to time errors may occur and where such errors occur we reserve the right to withdraw the product from sale at the incorrect price and present it at the correct price. If you have placed an order at the incorrect price, we will inform you of the error and give you the opportunity to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel your order.
Availability Of Goods
Lozzerly Designs endeavour to keep the store up-to-date as and when products become out of stock although stock levels are constantly changing so there may be delays in updates and all items are therefore offered subject to availability.
Delivery
Delivery is offered within the UK (England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland only).
Delivery on orders over £50 is FREE. For orders valued £50 and below 1st and 2nd class delivery options are available which will be displayed at checkout.
Standard despatch is within 1-2 working days of your order being placed (unless stated otherwise on the product page). However, there may be occasions where delays occur and Lozzerly Designs shall not be liable for any delay or consequence of non-delivery of any product(s) in your order howsoever caused.
When placing your order you can opt to have your order delivered to a different address (ie your work address, friend or relative) if it is unlikely someone will be home to receive your parcel. Note: If you request your parcel is left in a safe location at a property this is entirely at your own risk and Lozzerly Designs and its delivery partners will not be liable for any parcel that goes missing after delivery is made where such instructions are given.
Shortages Or Damages In Delivery
If you believe that there are shortages in the number of products contained in a delivery or if any damage has occurred to the product(s) in transit you must contact within 3 working days of receipt of your order.
Ownership Of The Goods
Ownership of the product(s) ordered shall be transferred to the customer once the product(s) have been delivered.
Cancellation Of Order
Lozzerly Designs reserve the right to cancel any order without giving reason whereupon you will be issued with a full refund of the product(s) and any delivery charge paid.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days following receipt and inspection of the product(s) – see returns information below.
Returns
Lozzlery Designs offers 14 days approval on products purchased within which time you have the right to cancel your order following receipt and inspection of the product(s). Products posted for return later than 14 days after receipt of your order will be rejected.
When inspecting items, please do not remove protective packaging unless necessary to assess the product. You have a duty of care to ensure goods are returned in a good, re-saleable condition. Lozzerly Designs reserves the right to make a deduction from any refund or reject the return where an item is soiled, damaged, used, or otherwise not suitable for resale. Items returned without their protective packaging, or where packaging is defaced with writing, labels, tape, or other damage, may not be accepted.
If you wish to return any part of your order, please include the packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation email with the product and indicate whether the item is being returned for exchange or refund. Products should be returned in their original packaging and suitably wrapped to prevent damage to either the item or its packaging during transit.
You are responsible for the cost of returning items. We recommend using a tracked delivery service with adequate insurance cover for the value of the returned product(s), as Lozzerly Designs cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit.

Rejected Returns
Products posted for return more than 14 days after receipt of your order, or where the product packaging is missing, soiled, or defaced with writing, address labels, stamps, tape, or similar, will be rejected.
Rejected returns will be held for 7 days from the date you are notified. During this time, you must either arrange collection of the item or make payment for the delivery charge to have it returned to you.
Faulty Products
All products are checked before being sent out. However, if you believe an item is faulty or defective, please email us with a description and photo of the issue, and we will advise you on the next steps.
Faults caused by defective materials, printing errors, or production issues will be covered, and a repair, replacement, or refund will be offered where appropriate. Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidental damage, lack of care, or normal wear and tear is not considered a fault.
A repair, replacement, or refund will only be offered if it is deemed by us to be faulty, and our decision is final. If it is deemed that any damage is due to misuse, neglect, lack of care, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear, the return of the product to you will be subject to a delivery charge.
Collection Of Personal Information
Lozzerly Designs will collect personal data (your name, address, email address and telephone number) when you make a purchase from our store in order to process your order, communicate with you about your order and to arrange delivery with a postal or courier service. In some instances products may be dispatched directly from a third party supplier and where this occurs your details will be passed to that supplier for the purposes of delivering your order.
Card Payment Security
Even though you enter your card details on our checkout page, they are sent directly to Stripe’s secure servers via encrypted fields. We do not see or store any card information. All payments are handled by Stripe, a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1 (the highest level of security certification in the payments industry).
We also offer PayPal as an alternative secure payment option.

Lozzerly Designs takes no responsibility for the misuse or quality of any product sold. In the event of injury or death caused queries should be directed to the manufacturer of the product.
Law & Jurisdiction
All goods are sold under English law and any disputes arising in connection with your purchase will be governed by English law and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
