Returns & Refunds
Lozzlery Designs offers 14 days approval on products purchased within which time you have the right to cancel your order following receipt and inspection of the product(s). Products posted for return later than 14 days after receipt of your order will be rejected.
When inspecting items, please do not remove protective packaging unless necessary to assess the product. You have a duty of care to ensure goods are returned in a good, re-saleable condition. Lozzerly Designs reserves the right to make a deduction from any refund or reject the return where an item is soiled, damaged, used, or otherwise not suitable for resale. Items returned without their protective packaging, or where packaging is defaced with writing, labels, tape, or other damage, may not be accepted.
If you wish to return any part of your order, please include the packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation email with the product and indicate whether the item is being returned for exchange or refund. Products should be returned in their original packaging and suitably wrapped to prevent damage to either the item or its packaging during transit.
You are responsible for the cost of returning items. We recommend using a tracked delivery service with adequate insurance cover for the value of the returned product(s), as Lozzerly Designs cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit.

Rejected Returns
Products posted for return more than 14 days after receipt of your order, or where the product packaging is missing, soiled, or defaced with writing, address labels, stamps, tape, or similar, will be rejected.
Rejected returns will be held for 7 days from the date you are notified. During this time, you must either arrange collection of the item or make payment for the delivery charge to have it returned to you.
Faulty Products
All products are checked before being sent out. However, if you believe an item is faulty or defective, please email us with a description and photo of the issue, and we will advise you on the next steps.
Faults caused by defective materials, printing errors, or production issues will be covered, and a repair, replacement, or refund will be offered where appropriate. Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidental damage, lack of care, or normal wear and tear is not considered a fault.
A repair, replacement, or refund will only be offered if it is deemed by us to be faulty, and our decision is final. If it is deemed that any damage is due to misuse, neglect, lack of care, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear, the return of the product to you will be subject to a delivery charge.
